The closed flash point is an important indicator in the detection of organic heat carrier. In this paper, based on Pensky-Martin (closed) measurement method, carrier measured with automatic cup meter. factors that may affect accuracy result during process are analyzed, and uncertainty determined. Through analysis established component sources, repeatability carrier, temperature sensor, pressure numerical rounding standard, results determination obtained. synthetic relative expanded evaluated to improve reliability provide a reference for quality control
